KLM Home Renovations is an award winning general contractor that has been locally owned and operated by Scott L. McDaniel. Since 1981 we have been specializing in custom home renovations in the greater Cleveland Area. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Scott is certified from the University of Cincinnati in Lead Safety for renovation, repair and painting as well as carpentry and from Kraft Maid University and is also a TimberTech Elite Contractor.
